Angel Tree Winter Celebration 2011

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.  CASA ANGEL TREE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL WHO REGISTER BUT SPECIAL REQUESTS CANNOT BE HONORED.

Sponsors
Our sponors will spend $50 for holiday gifts for each child.  Children under 2 or over 11 may receive a $50 gift card if requested.  The deadline for application is Nov. 18, 2011.  Only the first 2,000 applicants will be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the program, children must be wards of Clark County and be assigned to a Department of Family Services Caseworker. Gifts will be distributed at the party between 5p.m. - 7 p.m.

Winter Celebration

Our Annual Angel Tree Winter Celebration will be held, Friday, Dec. 16th, 2011.  Gifts will also be available for pick up between Dec. 19 and Dec. 23. Donors will be given the child’s first name, gender, age and gift requests only to protect the child’s privacy.  We cannot guarantee that your child will receive the exact gifts requested.

Confirmations will be sent via email.  If you do not have an email address, please call 702-455-1394 to make arrangements to receive your confirmation.

Instructions
1. Please submit a seperate application for each child.

2. The child’s DFS caseworker’s name and phone number are required.

3. No bicycles or televisions.

4. Limit requests to approximately $50 in value.

5.  If requesting clothes and shoes, be sure to provide exact sizes.

6. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
